Heart attack in a glass

First crew meeting back after Christmas. Went to the Noodle Bar afterwards for food as per tradition. Some of us ended up in the Orange Tree afterwards - such a shame...

I can't remember what this was called, just that it had something to do with a Toblerone. It consisted of chocolate and hazelnut and coffee liqueur and honey and was topped up with cream, so it probably contained about 200% of my saturated fat GDA.

Very nice though.
