A Day to Köln

Today we organized our day out to Köln. In Köln the Weihnachtsmarkt is a huge attraction, it is a collection of Christmas markets where you can buy any sort of Christmas related product you can think of.

First we needed to get the car down the snowy slope, so that is what you are looking at here. I could have blipped a photo of the Kölner Dom and the actual Weihnachtsmarkt in front of it, but I decided to blip the people I shared this wonderful weekend with.

The atmosphere in Köln was great (once we found the right place to park our car and get on the tram). We did some shopping, much walking, a bit of snacking (bratwurst, poffertjes, glühwein, etc.) and sightseeing before we went home in the evening. We got back at the Landal park where we had dinner and celebrated a birthday.
