Comfort Package Fireplace

Today we drove to Germany where we hired a holiday house for the weekend to celebrate the birthday of one of our friends. In a packed car we left the Netherlands to head into Germany for a fun weekend out.

The holiday house or bungalow was extremely luxurious! We had ordered a comfort package, so we could heat our place with the fireplace while unpacking. We brought a dozen games, 2 nintendo DS lites and our towels for the sauna and bubble bath.

We arrived just in time, because by the time we were ready for dinner it had started snowing and before dark the landscape was covered in a charming white blanket of snow. We went out for a walk on which I struggled to find grip in the snow with my summer shoes.
