Just a boring yellow flower

Yesterday was a real low point for me...the worst for a very long time and today, I just knew I had to make an effort to at least try to sort my head out and just try to think a bit more positively really.

Regrettably, work had other ideas! It has been a really manic, busy, stressful day....but.....I am not going to let that get me down. I think it was Eleanor Roosevelt that said something like 'no one can make you feel inferior without your consent'? Well I guess the same is true for most other emotions too and maybe it applies to things, not just people?

Or am I just talking bollocks rubbish? ;-)

Anyway...the sun shone today at least and it was cold enough for the mud to freeze, so for the first time in ages I could walk up the garden without sinking. Mind you, me being me, I still managed to fall over... this is the photo I ALMOST blipped today - captured JUST as I fell!

You've got to laugh haven't you ;-) Well....that or cry and I know which I'd rather.
