Water tower

I've passed this Victorian mill in Allerton every working day for thirty years and I've always been drawn to its water tower. I'm sure it's not unusual in design but it is yet another feat of Victorian engineering and design. Plagued with toothache today and not an appointment free till next Wednesday!
