Dog walking delegation this morning.

Work was a massage of messages.

I cycled to the physio at lunchtime, at stages I wanted to cry. My back feels better and I have stretchs to do.

Cycled home early to make the kids tea as eco mum working late. Checked up on the elderly neighbours who we had not seen for a couple of days, we managed to speak to them on the phone.

Eco mum has tooth ache, a major pain session and sent to bed. She is back at the dentist tomorrow.

Eco daughter made this at school, she managed to bring it all the way home safely and tripped at our front door and it broke. Hopefully glue it all back together for her.
