Forming Frost

Dog walking delegated as I had stretches to do and some work.

Work was a flush of promises.

Ran to football, I don;t think I sweated as it was so cold.

The captain said she wanted some fitness so for the first 30 minutes we did some hurdles and ladders in between passing drills. The girls really enjoyed it and lots of rosy cheeks.

The temp dropped and it got freezing, I could not feel my hands, home and hot tea to warm me up.
