Camera shy!

Blue jays are very aggressive and not the friendliest of neighbors in the bird community. Although they are not shy, they are definitely camera shy, so capturing the picture of this striking bird was definitely the coup of the day. It was a great morning to blip birds. The sun was shining (actually) and the thermometer inched up to around 60 degrees. A hint of spring in January! I'll say it again: What a strange winter this has been so far.
