Seneca Rocks

Today we're visiting Seneca Rocks...an amazing rock formation that rises above the valley floor. It's another beautiful weather day. We decided to do the hike up to the top of the rocks...wow...tough climb. The trail is only about 1.5 miles long but rises about 900ft. Mom, Kim and Randy turned back at about the half way point. Marc, Rod and I decided to push on and I'm glad we did. The view was amazing, and we saw a Bald Eagle! The first I've seen in the wild. It was incredible. I got some pics of the Eagle but they aren't that great as he was moving fairly fast (not soaring, flapping) and the day was somewhat hazy. But good enough pictures to tell it's an Eagle. :)
