It's cold in them there Hills

After Sunday's wobbly castle and yesterdays rant I thought I had better do it properly today!!

So - headed off to Llanberis Pass via local Nature reserve. Nature reserve cost money to enter and everything around was greyed out by mist so I gave it a miss.

Some great shots in Llanberis - but a few horizon problems. Wondered about trying to convince you all that this is the only lake in Britain that is REALLY on a slope but gave up - too many cynics out there who don't seem to believe me!! - and me a teacher as well!!

Anyway, continued up and got a few nice shots from the top of the pass but then found this partially frozen lake on the way back using a scenic route. The mountains are greyed out by the icy mist in the background.

Unfortunatly couldn't find a rock to lob onto the ice to see it skate across - rats!
