Happy Birthday Elizabeth!

Today is Elizabeth's actual birthday. We went to music class, then a few of us went to soft play afterwards.

Her friends bought her a book and a little fairy set with a tiara and wand. She wore it through half of the music class.

It was the first time I'd been at the soft play on my own with Rebecca too, so I had to leave Elizabeth too it. The other mums kept an eye out for her though. But she's so confident at climbing etc that she was absolutely fine on her own. It was lovely to see her playing with the others though.

They all sat and had fish fingers together for lunch. Elizabeth ate loads! She's usually more of a grazer at lunchtime.

Then I literally had to drag her kicking, but not quite screaming, out of the play area to go home. But she's quite happy now.

Rebecca did not sleep through it all. In fact, I have a sore shoulder from carrying her around for most of the time. She also had two feeds while we were there, then cried for half of the journey home! She's fast asleep now though.

She had fun playing with her frog toy that she has on her car seat though. It's the first time I've seen her properly playing with it. She has great control of her hands already.
