Music, noun:

The art or science of combining vocal or instrumental sounds (or both) to produce beauty of form, harmony, and expression of emotion.

Today's theme is music. Something that in itself is not visual but can have visual connections. Here I have tried to combine the more traditional aspects of music with its modern, digital form. For those of you who are interested, the sheet music is for Ave Maria. Gone are the days of records, tapes, minidisks and even to an extent CDs. With music downloaded from the internet you can enjoy your favourite artist without ever owning the sound in a physical form.

I love music, I generally have either the radio on or my MP3 player plugged in to my ears. It provides background to my every day life, when out walking, cooking, cleaning or just relaxing. I love the way it can evoke emotion and memories long forgotten.
