Eh.... stay where you are mate!

Rugby today, "E's" game was cancelled so it was training at soccerworld and A was a star and took him up while I started pancakes for "I's" match this afternoon. Phone call at 21.15 and the poor oppositions coach could only muster four players. We know this problem well and had sympathy for him. There is nothing more demoralising as having "unknown" no shows when a team are depending on every player. Understandably people have other commitments and if you know of them you can make plans but its just no shows that kills it for the whole team. Fortunately because the pitches were playable the boys got in some practise and focus was moved onto the assessments for regionals.
Back home and the ironing had to be tackled, suddenly "ding dong" theres somebody at the door! S and D had walked across the Moss for a cuppa. Never mind a cuppa stay for tea and a carryout Indian was swiftly ordered!
Feet up now and gently nodding off while watching three hungry boys......hope everyone had a good weekend Zzzzzzzzzzz!
