Welcome cheer

These primulas offer a cheery welcome every time I pass through the porch to my house. They were given to me as a present by my good friend S when she came to dinner at Christmas and they look set to brighten winter right through until spring.

For the record: 6C max, sunny spells, bright with blue skies. Forecast says we are in for a chilly week.
