After this morning's accupuncture session, I met the girls for lunch over at the Address Montgomery. The Address is one of our clients - I'm constantly creating literature for them, yet I've never actually been anywhere near the Montogomery. However that's now changed. Lunch was lovely. And it's always good to catch up with Lou & Jo. (*waves*)
So after lunch, I picked up Phil and we headed off to the wildlife sanctuary that we inadvertantly found yesterday morning while trying to find the Creek Park. Ironically today, while looking for the sanctuary again, we found ourselves closer to the park! Grrrr. However, we could see (from the wrong road) that the visitor parking for the sanctuary was full, so we thought we'd save it for another day, and were happy to catch the last of the sun's rays in the park.
Just as I was composing a shot of a lone pigeon on top of a cactus, along came pigeon number two, trying to steal the perch. He didn't manage it. Number one stood his ground.
