H for Hello...

It looks like the weather has returned to normal for Dubai - the sun was out in all it's glory against perfect blue skies. So we headed out early this morning to the Creek Park. We've never been there before, despite (or probably because of) it being Dubai's biggest park. The first challenge as always when going somewhere new in this crazy, non sat-nav city, was to find the destination. Not always ever an easy task. However, once again the trusty ol' iphone got us there with relative ease. We strolled, we picnicked, we took lots of pics, but the highlight of the day was definitely the cable car ride. Actually that was the whole point of the trip. We splashed out for the whole cabin to ourselves so we could move around and take lots of pics out of every window. Which we did. Cable cars always remind me of skiing though. Oh how I miss the snow covered mountains.
