Ice on Mrs R's car roof this morning. A bit of an unexpected freeze this morning as it was quite warm last night.

Last night was the first time I had run for 8 days as my knee had been playing up. I went to Longridge for the SROC street orienteering, meant to enter the 60 minutes to give my knee a gentle try but entered for 75 mins by accident, DOH! Anyway the knee performed OK - well a lot better than my brain - but it was quite sore again this morning. The forecast suggested we should have been running in the rain last night but luckily they got it wrong and the heavy showers didn't start until I was back at home.
