Silhouettes in the Pool

Just after dark, I phoned Mr. Fun to ask when he would be coming home. He asked, "Have you seen the moon?"

Of course I said, "No!" I was in the house and I don't tend to hang around outside after the sun has gone down.

So I trotted out to see what he was all excited about. I doubted that I could capture it (and most of you may also doubt that now as you see my photo). Our sky has no resemblance to the colors that are currently being seen above Alaska and Sweden, but I like the silhouettes captured on the surface of the pool.

Mr. Fun stayed home sick again today mostly because the people he works with thought it would be good not to be exposed to his head cold. We are both feeling better. We phoned the doctor about my eye and the nurse suggested a particular brand of eyedrops and said to call them in a week if the problem has not subsided. Then very late this afternoon, when the office would be empty and no one would be exposed, Mr. Fun stepped in to do a couple things that couldn't wait.

Today arrived with strong winds and warm temperatures. I am hoping that tomorrow arrives with more energy for me.
