Today we celebrate the life and works of our own National Treasure, Robert Burns or Rabbie, as he likes tae be kent and 2012 is 253rd Anniversary of his birth.

In 2009 in Scotland we had the 'Homecoming' A chance for the world to savour all we had to offer and an invitation for ex pats tae come hame

Well there's no show without Punch! And this was their contribution to the festivities and all those thirsty non-whiskey drinkers.

Not one drop has touched my lips, I'm saving it for posterity!

And if Posterity doesn't want it, then I'll just keep it myself.
