Protein
Well after the last few days i feel i need to lighten the mood slightly. Best way to do that. Watch two grown men leather 7 bells of hell outta each other. Wanderlei Silva Vs Rich Franklin from 2009 one of my favourite UFC fights of all time.
I'd love to be allowed to take up MMA but Mrs Mysteious isn't overly keen. Apparently im to accident prone. However im training really freaking hard at the moment. Hence all the protein suppliments. Im doing 7 minute mile warm up's followed by 45 minutes of weight training. Then eating loads of Chicken, Fish Cheese, Beans and Eggs followed by 2 protein shakes a day.
Im now on a 4 day rest period after 6 hard days of Running, Weights and work. My body is wrecked and need recovery. I get that in the form of a long weekend with Baby mysterious and Mrs Mysterious. The 4 days i look forward to every fortnight. It's what makes all the hard work worth it.
