Latin

In response to huge popular demand (well, actually two people mentioned it in comments) my blip for today is a close-up of the recently restored Minton tiles in the foyer. I have a question for you: who can spot the error in the Latin phrase? I didn't spot it for myself: it was pointed out by one of the building's tour guides.
