Grow Lamps....

Spent the day in the new project office today, we're sitting just above the players tunnel.

I have to specify the power and data requirements for the media areas and the ad hoardings, so I had to root around pitch-side to see how they they work.

These lamps are used to make the grass grow when there is a lack of daylight (which is quite often!), the pitch is Desso: a very clever system where artificial fibres are sown next to real grass to reinforce the pitch surface (I'm such a nerd, I love working out how things work).
