Day 17 - Walkers

This morning we took the gondola to the top of the Zwoelferkopf, and attempted the panorama walk. Unfortunately they haven't been able to keep the path open, and after dropping into thigh-high snow we turned around and made our way back to the top station. The three individuals in the blip were part of a group kitted out with snow shoes and were having a bit more success than us.

The skiing on the other hand looked superb, so I have half a mind to get in a day's downhill before we finish. The down side is that with the kit rental, lesson and lift pass, it's likely to cost me the best part of £100 for a day's skiing. Do I really need the refresher lesson, or shall I just watch somebody else being taught for ten minutes?
