Cake day

Tried my hand at coffee cupcakes today. Try as I might I can't get them to taste strongly of coffee, although the icing is tasting better. Still more successful than the last effort, just hope I remember what I did this time so I can build on it the next time. There's more than enough to take some into work for colleagues which will hopefully cheer up the Monday blues.

Other than that it was a lazy Sunday, which is always a nice thing. Unfortunately a few horrid chores to finish this evening, so not much time for blip tonight.
