I have had the most lovely day!

A windy start, met the lads and set off on the bikes. We thought that it would be a push against the wind for the first half, then, a nice easy back wind to get us home. It NEVER works like that.....easier than we thought on the way out, harder on the way back = pushing all the way round!!

Cycling has enjoyed a massive growth in the last few years and where we used to be the lonely ones on the roads in the Winter, we are now joined by all kinds of folk. Friendly bunch, for the most part, and we had a nice chat with all those we met.

After a cup of tea it was to my Buddies house for a brill Sunday lunch, as always, time spent there was like being at home. We sat and chatted, watched some TV, laughed and enjoyed each others company. I nipped out to enjoy the sunset and took my camera, it has been great to be outside a lot today.

Home and get ready for another day tomorrow! Big smiles.
