Breath Of Fresh Air

Sunday, a cold and bleak Cornish day, the threat of rain in the air and biting cold. Rugby training finished at 11:00 as a match was due to take place so after Joshua's shower and coaxing Samantha out of pyjama's we completed the tip runs and then out to Carnon Downs again, another six fish and a light lunch then home to relax.

Surprise surprise, no requests for computer time or TV but "can we go to the park to play football?". It is true children have no thermostat, I found it bitter cold but Sam and Josh shot off to the park, started with a rugby ball but swapped to a football after an hour.

Home with rosy red cheeks and freezing hands but having had bags of fresh air!!
