Blipped this gate entrance at a Game Reserve - it reminded me of visits to family on a farm when I was a little girl. We use to sleep in the car and the moment the car cross these barriers we were all awake - it was like an 'announcement' that we arrived!

When I showed Mr Snippets the photo he said that it is used to stop the farm animals from going through the gate - well I never knew that! I guess I never wondered about it. What is it called then?


Did some shopping for MIL - she is sick in bed with flu. Visited Mr Snippets at work while I was in the area.
