Zooooo

Lauren woke up at 9 this morning as her body hadn't adjusted to the time difference, which I was not used to as we only got in at 3! So it took me a rather long time to wake up and get ready!

We headed to Palermo around lunch time and went to Flor de un Dia for the most amazing brunch. I had perfectly cooked scrambled egg and Lauren had a very tasty caesar salad. The best part was the freshly squeezed orange juice and the ridiculously oversized coffee cups.

Afterwards we headed to the parks and sat in the sun for a while, not lasting too long as it was a scorcher of a day today. We had a walk around the pretty rose gardens of Palermo and Lauren got whistled at twice by the park wardens for dipping her feet in the water and for walking around in her bikini top haha.

On the way back we stopped in at the zoo which was good fun. Not all the animals looked that happy but who would in almost 40 degrees heat! The funniest part was definitely the monkeys. The mother and baby were having issues as the baby wanted to climb up the cage but she wouldn't let it and kept bite and grabbing it's bits to stop this happening, poor thing!

Tonight was the first night clubbing to Kika. We had pre-drinks on top of Andrew's roof top before which was pretty incredible. After having low expectations of an electronic night at the club, we had such good music! It was a very drunken and fun night!
