21/31 - I can't think of a title...

Went for a walk with Leila along the canal this morning, and the gate going down to the brook was actually open for once! Miracle! I still don't know why they put a gate there, or who has the key, but it is a rare sight for it to be open. So we popped down to the brook just to take a few photos. Whenever it has been raining and the brook is full it's a white-water rapids hotspot for ducks down there; we've seen many a duck taking the plunge sideways, beak on, you name it. No duck has yet been strong enough to fight the current.

Back in Cardiff again, and perhaps slightly late with this news but for those who don't know Dominoes gourmet toppings are delicious! Had a yummy spinach and feta pizza :)
