In excess!

Just home after a very productive 12 hour shift where i delivered a gorgeous baby boy in the birthing pool, and then just 6 hours later discharged him home to join his 3 big sisters who were eagerly waiting to meet him. Mum and dad were really chuffed and as a thankyou handed me a box of chocolates on their way out. I had decided to try and "be good" this week and start shifting a few pounds, but i think one with a coffee shortly won't go amiss. I'll just have to try and get out tomorrow and walk it off!
