Les Madeleines

My father-in-law gave me a madeleine tin for Christmas a few years ago. I finally got round to trying it out this evening and made chocolate madeleines from the subject of Tuesday's blip.

I must have had a medeleine during my year abroad in France. I can't imagine I would have left any cake genre untested. But I can't remember them. So I don't know if mine are as they are meant to be. They are yummy anyway. Very light and choclately. Could probably eat most of them in one go :-)
