thats the price i paid for less than ten minutes parking in the city centre.

so what is it? its one of half a dozen clusters of lights under the suffolk street queensway, in birmigham city centre, opposite the mailbox. the others are different colors, and there are strings of big singular ones too, like huge christmas tree lights.

while i was taking my pics i noticed 2 other guys taking shots of all of them together, i think they thought i was mad taking loads of shots of just one, from directly underneath.
