Cheap Flights

Back to blighty today. Flying to Manchester with Monarch. The best of the "low cost airlines". However, bit by bit they are beginning to start pinching pennies. First, the VIP lounge access went. Then they swapped to T2 at Manchester. It's not a great experience, the IRIS border check scanner doesn't work (45 minutes queue last time!).

Now they seem to be clamping down on the bags you take on board. I carry my laptop bag (very small) and my man bag. It has all my gadgets and books for the flight! But now I have to put it in my laptop bag before I get on the plane. Very Ryan Air. Maybe I should start checking the prices again. Remember Monarch, I do have a choice!
