Evening all.

To justify and lessen my exorbitant mileage claims each month, and to pacify the bean counters who seem to dog my every step, i thought i'd try and make all my visits more geographic and less random.

Monday dealing with post weekend emergencies, Tuesday Wednesday doing home visits in the specific area, Thursday ward stuff and reporting, and Friday more paperwork.

It does depend somewhat on people not having any problems throughout the week out of that geographic location, i have explained this flaw in the plan to those financial luminaries, but thought i'd give it a trial.

So today, ill child in Buxton, ill child in Doncaster, broken vent at a Hospice in Rotherham and snapped mask in Barnsley, all in the space of eight hours and two hundred and twelve miles...

I was going to relay the tale of the attack of the three horses that go along with this picture ( you can see two, but its the third,nasty,nippy one that received the benefit of a swift kick in the teeth,that has the real drama)
but i shall go for economy and keep it short...
