Sunrise.

Another beautiful day.
We took Emma to the train station at Alnmouth this morning so that she could get to work, and then walked into the village for a coffee. Everywhere was closed. Every hotel, coffee shop, and pub. There was one grocer's shop, and one gift shop. We did without coffee, and moved on to Newton, where we walked along the cliff tops and over the sand to Low Newton where we had a late pub lunch,( Newton was open) before setting off to walk back.
Toby walks twice as far as us, as he runs ahead, then comes back to us again. He didn't lift his head all night, he was so tired.
