Another blinkin frosty flower...

Well, this was by far the best shot of the day...although it doesn't reflect the events of the day! This was another 5am capture, taken whilst hoofing the ball up the garden for Pippa and persuading Lottie that even though her arse was freezing to the ground, we were taking a few shots and then training before she was going to get within a hundred yards of her breakfast!

Post training and breakfast...lights go out, fridge goes off. Bugger.
Why do we have to have three fuse boxes and the most complicated electricity circuit in the land? After an hour of sodding about trying to flick switches, unplug appliances, ferret about in the garage and generally freeze my ass off...not to mention a trade of about twenty emails back and forth to you...I gave in. Rather unhappily I might add!

And so a day of work...and home at 6.30pm to tackle the inevitable frozen house and lack of electricity. Grrr....

But the moral of the tale is...who needs an electrician...not me! Tools of the trade, a bit of brain power and some Inspector Poirot deduction and hey presto, we have electricity! Happy days! And we have a replenished wood pile, a full coal bucket, a roaring fire and fully tummies times three. Happy days!!!
