Best of Bread

Monday night is always home-made soup and bread night. A bowl of leek and onion soup is a great detox meal after the excesses of the weekend. I'm not sure there is much I can say about the feeble specimen of a loaf I found in the bread maker today, except I didn't know the machine had a 3/4 mutant loaf setting!

One thing is for sure, I bake bread as well as I take photos ;)
