Last view for a while?

We are now in final stages of selling the gov's mum's house.
Solicitors are total twonks without exception and banks are only slightly less twonkish.
What with one lot not talking to each other and the others taking "more than 5 working days to transfer the money"we have been waiting since before Christmas to exchange contracts. Rumour has it that it might happen today but no calls so far.
Anyway the house is all but empty and we are enjoying a fine afternoon off with a walk from Gunwharf to Southsea via Old Portsmouth.
