Bananas for breakfast

It starts today....the diet.

I did try after the baby but I think I started tooo soon after he was born and I lost half a stone but then went up and down by a pound each week. When the group leader looked at me with her sympathetic eyes and asked if I was getting on OK I felt like a bit of a failure and never went back.

I have been crazy over christmas. Not at all careful. I am now a lb heavier than I was when I started Slimming World after my first son. I did really well then I lost nearly two stone. I managed to keep the bulk of it off up until falling pregnant with Baby S.

I think the problem with Slimming world is that I knew how to cheat and towards the end I cheated quite a lot. I think I was a bit more active as well then so I still lost weight. When I came to Slimming World this time I lost the discipline.

Anyway I have found a free app on the IPAD which to be fair looks fab. I am aiming for a stone. Once I get there I will see how I feel. I will be back in a healthy BMI range then. It's good old fashioned calorie counting so I am hoping I can stick to it. I think I need a total change of approach.
