A winter's day
We decided to take the children on the epic walk I did on Thursday. We had biscuits and cake (from last night) to bribe the smallest who always needs a little more bribery when walking. This photo is at the entry to the RSPB, it's always a relief to get to this bit as before it is a narrow path next to a busy road. This time I remembered to keep Runkeeper on and found out we walked about 5 miles (okay maybe not an epic walk then). I also now have a map so have several new routes to try in the coming week.
Bribery also involved going to the shop where M spent a bit more xmas money on an alphabet dinosaur jigsaw puzzle. A bit random but both children have played with it loads already.
Unfortunately our best laid plans of tiring the children out, seemed to tire us out but not them. Where do they get their energy from?
