Heaven for cheese lovers'

Just had a lovely weekend spent in Cumbria to stay and eat at L'Enclume (see yesterday's post) in the village of Cartmel.

It's a seriously foody place. This is Cartmel Cheeses which specialises in local cheeses (at least one of which, Ragstone was on the menu at L'Enclume). One, St James is made just 2 miles from the shop. Luckily, they also do mail order!
