Pebbles at l'Enclume Restaurant
Mr EF whisked me away to the Lake District and to l'Enclume in Cartmel for a wonderful birthday treat.
This is the first of 12 courses (yes, I know ...) Why am I eating pebbles? Well, just one actually an apple meringue filled with oyster cream - can you spot it? The green leaf is also intensely oyster flavoured.
