Late, late lunch

Well you won't be seeing many of these - fotos in the kitchen! This isn't my comfort zone. Rafa's an amazing cook plus Familia Roman is always giving us Tupperware of classic Spanish dishes.
But I thought as a treat I'd prepare French trimmed lamb.
Looked good, smelt great - but then I was reminded that only I like lamb...well I tried!

A few bottles glasses of Ribera del Duero has helped take the edge off the drama.
