Before and after.

A few seed pods in the garden. Unfortunately I have no idea what the plant is called as it was something my mum and dad planted. I believe that when it flowers it has a daisy type head to it. I've seen the flower but still couldn't tell you what it is.
So this is the seed pod before it opens and how it looks when it has opened. It reminds me of a baby's hat and looks ideal material for a fairy hat or a bird's nest.

Managed to weep some more this evening which is good. It seems to be reducing the skin problems I've had on my hands which is brilliant. I was hoping it would.
