Strange Light

I took the total of 3 pictures today trying to get the light in the sky.
I failed with all of them.
This is the best of them ..................... sorry.

There was a guy came round and surveyed Bags' (formally known as daughter) house today. It is going to have the cavity walls and the loft insulated - with the council picking up the tab ................ score!

The Cygnet was very quiet today - and a bit pale. He is sickening for something obviously.
But it meant that he sat quietly as we read through a load of his books and after his lunch he took my hand and lead me to the stairs so I would take him up to his bed.

Collected the old car after having new springs fitted and paid a lot less than garage prices (I am past being able to do the job myself - as I used to do without thingking about it).

Looked at the weird light in the evening sky and didn't even think about trying to shoot it.
How can you get a pink sky but the houses glow orange?

A lovely roast chicken for tea and now ............. nothing (assuming the pipes don't start banging again)
