My Aim is True

Global village

Had to say cheerio to someone today that we probably won't see for a while, so it was only right to see them off properly. Then I couldn't really be bothered cooking, so I grabbed this in the corner shop.

Without wanting to sound too much like a hippy, it's really ridiculous that such things can be bought here. Not only is it a vast amount of plastic and packaging and plastic fork...but it's produced in Thailand. So it's been carted almost half way around the world.

And it's not really that tasty.

I thought that my supporting of wee local shops and avoidance of large supermarkets was having an effect on Tesco's profits. However turns out that it was down to a higher authority.
