Tasty soup, pungent after effects

Made Heidi Swanson's Green Lentil Soup with Curried Butter and some roasted broccoli and cauliflower for dinner. A couple of things to note - don't try to be adventurous like me and use half lentils and half green split peas. They cook at different rates and it was fast approaching 9pm and I was still waiting for the green split peas to soften up a bit, so the soup ended up being a bit 'chewy', but still very tasty. Secondly, get ready for the residual smell that the curry in the browned butter leaves behind. That lovely fragrance has permeated our bedrooms and my winter clothes/scarves that are out in the open. Dammit.
