long-hedged

I can't quite remember what these little key-ring ring things were doing on the plastic bit joining the strap to my camera bag. It may have been a means of attaching one of my water-bottle sleeves or my sunglasses-case-thing, or may have been part of an earlier version of the little bungee-and-hook thing I currently have attached to the rearward strap-attachment-thing which I use to stop the bag swinging around underneath my arm and thereafter bumping against my knees whilst cycling. The new purpose of the little key-ring ring things will be to attach the little compact camera case I picked up for cheap in the Jessop old-model-camera-bag clearance and which will hold either my phone or my keys, depending on which pair of shorts I'm wearing, one of which has a hole in the left-hand key-pocket and the other whose phone-pocket has a smaller but still as potentially disaster-causing hole.
