Scary swans

Thank you everyone for visiting my ladybirds on my Second Blip Birthday - and for writing such lovely comments. I was quite overwhelmed and thrilled by your support. It's such a reminder of what a wonderful site this is - and of the valuable friendships I feel I have made.

Today I was passing Chasewater on a couple of errands and I called in to try out taking photos of the swans and ducks.

This little girl was far from certain when she was lowered to the level of the birds in order to feed them. Slowly she was reassured and was quite confident and happy by the time her grandparents had exhausted the bread supplies.
