Three Sheep

I spotted these lovely ladies on the scenic route into town for an appointment with a careers advisor this morning. The appointment was less than helpful, I was there to find out about course but the bloke spent most of the appointment doing my CV for some unknown reason. The phase "about as useful as a chocolate teapot" sprung to mind. I honestly think these three sheep would have been more help if I had asked them :D

All was not lost though as I was called into see dd4's head teacher this afternoon. Before Christmas, quite a bit before, I'd enquired about going in a couple of times a week to help. To get on my teaching assistants course, I need to be in a "placement" for at least a couple of moths before they'll consider enrolling me. Anyway, he called me in to say that he's spokem with the teachers who were fine about me going in and would need a few days to re-jiggle the helpers timetable but I should be able to start next week :D And as soon as I know for definite, I can let the college know and they can get the ball rolling at their end. Definitely a good way to end the day. Almost as good as Asha bring home some left-over Belgian buns from work :D :D
